I haven’t gone on any picture taking adventures as planned, but I stayed pretty busy during week eight and never really had to look for something to take a picture of. Plus my balcony has turned into a critter party, so most likely a good percentage of my photos will be of birds and animals from now on.
50/365 - Allison’s Cake
[May 13th] The candles melted quickly while we tried to find one extra one for good luck. lol
51/365 - Hope
[May 14th] I’ve named her Hope, but I’m not sure why. She’s been sitting on that nest for nearly a month now. I wonder how long it takes for morning dove eggs to hatch. Then again, I don’t even know if she’s laid any yet. I assume she has because she never leaves.
52/365 - Life is Good
[May 15th] My pajama bottoms. They have the logo all over them along with stick people skiing. Soo comfy.
53/365 - Squirrely
[My 16th] This little guy has been hanging out on my balcony ever since I got the bird feeder for the morning doves. He tried over and over to try and get to the feeder but never had any luck. Most of the time he’d end up knocking stuff over in the process and then ended up having to settle for the scraps on the floor. I felt bad, so I decided to put out a feeder specially for him. Now he’s out there practically all day.
54/365 - New Fish Bowl
[May 17th] Actually, it’s a duplicate of his original bowl that I broke one time while cleaning. The replacement bowl was smaller and a couple of the decorations I had wouldn’t fit. Plus this one is a giant brandy snifter so it’s cooler.
55/365 - Knives
[May 18th] Steak knives are so much better than butter knives! (Blog Entry)
56/365 - Baby Morning Dove
[May 19th] Hope had her babies! I can’t believe how unafraid of me they are.
